identify a suitable guarantor who is
employed and a property owner to act
as additional security for the
tenancy.
Our investigations are
comprehensive and thorough as we,
like you, do not need bad tenants.
You will pay us no fees
whatsoever until you have approved
the tenancy and we have a signed
agreement by the tenant and
guarantor (if applicable) and have
collected one months rent in advance
plus an additional months rent as a
