Peter Butler is a Financial Accountant with many years experience both in Public Practice in accountancy and in all aspects of Property Management.
His experience stretches to all aspects of Property Management.
In addition he has successfully represented clients in respect of Service Charge and Section 20 disputes at both the leasehold Valuation and at the Lands Tribunals.

Richard Monk BSc MRICS

Richard Monk is a Chartered Surveyor with considerable experience of Property Management Company affairs and has previously been a Director and Head of Surveying Services for one of the country's largest Property Management Groups.
He also runs his own surveying practice giving professional advice and services to both private individuals and corporate clients.
His expertise is spread between large scale developments, planning, renovations, project supervision and professional survey work.
