Text Box: Peter J Butler FFA FIAB Peter Butler is a Financial Accountant with many years experience both in Public Practice in accountancy and in all aspects of Property Management. His experience stretches to all areas of the business not just of Block Management, lease extensions, lease variations, consents etc but he was also one of the first agents into the Assured Short hold Tenancy market when the 1988 Housing Act came into effect in 1989. He also runs his own surveying practice giving professional advice and services to both private individuals and corporate clients. His expertise is spread between large scale developments, planning, renovations, project supervision and professional survey work.
